Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajil ("bajil", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available on the bajil platform, accessible at bajil.club and any associated mobile or web application.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the bajil platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajil platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting bajil support.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bajil platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. bajil strictly enforces a minimum age of 21. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or commercial wagering operation.
3. You have not previously been excluded from bajil or any related platform, and you have not been identified as a problem gambler by bajil's responsible gaming systems.
4. You are using funds that belong to you and have been lawfully obtained. You confirm that the payment method you use for deposits is registered in your own name.
5. You acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk, and that bajil cannot guarantee any return on funds wagered on the platform.

Account Registration

To access the full bajil platform — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and participating in promotions — you must register a personal account. Registration is free. One account per person is permitted; registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share these with any other person.
2. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity.
3. You must notify bajil immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bajil will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where you failed to notify bajil in a timely manner.
4. bajil may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request and provide truthful, verifiable information.
5. bajil may suspend or restrict your account pending completion of a KYC review. Funds will not be released for withdrawal until the KYC process is successfully completed.

bajil does not permit the use of anonymous, temporary, or shared mobile numbers for account registration. Your registered mobile number must be a Bangladeshi SIM registered in your legal name — Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk numbers are all accepted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bajil processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through officially supported mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bajil does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any transaction fees incurred.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the bajil platform:

1. Deposits are processed in real time once confirmed by the relevant mobile financial service. bajil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
2. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take up to 3 business days to process. bajil reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending identity or source-of-funds verification.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. If the original method is unavailable, bajil support must be contacted to arrange an alternative.
4. Bonuses credited to your account may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
5. bajil reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the account section of the platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

bajil offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bajil reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ( rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
3. Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notice.
4. bajil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
5. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group wagering, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived from them forfeited.

Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash at face value except where wagering requirements have been fully met. bajil's decision on any bonus-related dispute is final.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on bajil are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules and RTP (return to player) percentage, which is available from the game provider. bajil does not alter the rules or outcomes of any game.

The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on bajil:

1. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Players should verify all bet details before confirming.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or game server error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bajil will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome. Where this is not possible, bajil may void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to players' accounts.
3. bajil's records of all bets placed, outcomes, and account transactions are the definitive record. In any dispute about a wager or outcome, bajil's server logs take precedence over any information stored or displayed on a player's device.
4. Cricket betting markets offered on bajil are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or other applicable authority). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, bajil reserves the right to void all associated bets.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bajil platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from bajil:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
2. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or colluding with other parties to achieve a predetermined betting outcome.
3. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. bajil is required to report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities.
4. Registering or operating more than one bajil account, whether under the same or a different identity, device, or payment method.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a platform error will be void and reversed.
6. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or any other interaction with bajil.

Account Suspension and Termination

bajil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive examples of circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by bajil.
3. A player's voluntary request to self-exclude, close their account, or take a time-out break from the platform.
4. Discovery that a player no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including age verification failure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash through completed wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification process. bajil will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player between the date of a known eligibility breach and the date of account closure.

Responsible Gaming

bajil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. bajil strictly enforces a minimum playing age of 21. The platform offers tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to contact bajil support immediately, use the self-exclusion tool, and seek independent help from a qualified counsellor.

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. Privacy and Data

bajil collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the bajil platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bajil will not sell your personal data to third parties.

bajil may share data with third-party game providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bajil platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

bajil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, political disruptions, or telecommunications outages) may cause temporary unavailability. bajil will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

Amendments to These Terms

bajil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, bajil will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the bajil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
